Davina Bruckner – Managing Partner

Davina joined Eastbridge in 2010 and became Co-Managing Partner in January of 2015. Prior to becoming a Managing Partner at Eastbridge, Davina was appointed Chairwoman of Eastbridge in August 2013 where she led the group's strategy and partnering efforts. During her years at Eastbridge, she has worked in various Eastbridge divisions analyzing investment opportunities, operations, and divestments. In parallel, she was a founder and managing partner at Medbridge, an early stage investment vehicle that invests in healthcare companies. Davina previously served on the Board of Directors of Immobel and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Ageas Insurance. Prior to Eastbridge, Davina worked at McKinsey and Company with a primary focus on pharmaceutical companies and hospitals across Europe. 

She graduated Suma Cum Laude from the ULB Erasmus medical school with a M.D., where she was granted the Pfizer honorific prize for her research thesis.

Daniel Haimovic – Managing Partner

Daniel joined Eastbridge in 2014 and became Co-Managing Partner in January of 2015.  Prior to Eastbridge Daniel was CFO of Marval Biosciences. Previously, he was Senior Director of Life Sciences & New Markets at Alexandria Real Estate Equities.  At Alexandria, Daniel was a member of the East Coast and European venture capital efforts, explored new markets for possible expansion and developed collaborations with leading pharmaceutical firms. Before Alexandria, Daniel co-founded DiscoveryOrtho Partners. At DiscoveryOrtho, Daniel helped form three companies focused on medical device technologies.  

He holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an AB in Biology from Harvard College.

Ewa Podgorska

Ewa Podgorska

Ewa Podgórska – General Counsel

Ewa joined Eastbridge Group in 1998, having led legal affairs in various parts of the organization. She has been a Member of the Directors’ Board / Managing Director and General Counsel of Eastbridge Group since April 2010. From 2010 to 2012 she was a member of the Supervisory Board of Empik Media & Fashion SA (EM&F Group). From 2004 to 2010, she was Director of the legal division of EM&F Group, joining the management board in 2008. Ewa was responsible for the coordination of legal services for EM&F Group and its subsidiaries, and supervised the activities of the entire legal team of EM&F Group. Between 2002 and 2004 Ewa was coordinating the legal services for all Eastbridge’s subsidiaries located in Poland. She was legal counsel and head of the legal division of Domy Towarowe Centrum SA from 1998 to 2002. Prior to joining Eastbridge Group, Ewa was working for a law firm Sołtysiński, Kawęcki & Szlęzak.

Ewa holds a master's degree from Law and Administration Faculty of the University of Warsaw and the authority of Legal Counsel from the Circuit Chamber of Legal Counsel in Warsaw.

Jason Beren

Jason Beren – Chief Financial Officer

Jason joined Eastbridge Group in 2014 as Group Treasurer. Jason has worked in the real estate and leverage finance sector in New York since 2005. Previously, he worked at Deutsche Bank on Wall Street for nine years, serving as Director in the Capital Markets and Treasury Solutions division. He was responsible for advising multinational corporations on mitigating market risk of financing strategies and implementing structured financial solutions.

He holds an AB with honors in Economics from Harvard College

Malgorzata Fitrzyk-Barral

Malgorzata Fitrzyk-Barral

Malgorzata Fitrzyk-Barral – Lawyer

Małgorzata joined Eastbridge as a legal advisor in April 2015 after 8 years in the Fashion Division of the EM&F Group where she worked as corporate counsellor and was responsible for legal matters over the territories of Poland, Russia and Ukraine. Prior to that, she was a legal counsel at the Chajec, Don-Siemion & Żyto law office and she headed the commercial contract department and labour law department at the Łukowicz, Świerzewski & Wspólnicy law office, then a DLA Piper Group partner. Małgorzata holds a title of Legal Counsel from the Warsaw's Legal Counsel Circuit Chamber awarded in 2002 and she successfully passed the Judge examination in 1999 after completion of a Judge Apprenticeship in the Cracow Circuit Court. 

Małgorzata graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow.

Anna Górska

Anna Górska

Anna Górska – Finance Director

Anna joined Eastbridge in 2010. She is assisting with the New York properties as well as managing accounting and finance of other selected group entities. From 2002 to 2010 she held various positions in Warsaw office of EY - the last one was Senior Manager in audit department. She was responsible for managing audit teams performing audits of international clients. Anna specializes in IFRS, with experience working under various accounting frameworks including US & Polish GAAP. 

Anna graduated from Economic Sciences and Management at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun. She is also a Polish Chartered Accountant holding ACCA qualifications.

Tomasz Cieslik

Tomasz Cieslik

Tomasz Cieślik – Investment Manager

Tomasz is Finance Manager at Eastbridge Group. He joined the team in 2013. At Eastbridge he is responsible for overseeing and control of holding companies (Real Estate, Retail and E-commerce sectors), valuation of companies and investment projects and business modeling. Tomasz previously worked for the Investment Banking division of mBank (part of Commerzbank), the investment controlling department in Polish Oil and Gas Company (PGNiG) as well as EY audit. His experience focused on financial modeling, managing financial due diligence, valuation of companies, business plans and feasibility studies.

He graduated from Cracow University of Economics with a master's degree in corporate finance.

Sharon Lahmy – Treasurer, Europe

Sharon has been with the Eastbridge Group since 1995. She worked her way through the financial department and is currently in charge of the accounts and treasury of the groups Luxembourg Holding entities. Sharon also manages the Brussels office.

She holds a master’s degree in financial management from Brussels’ university of Saint Louis.

Sandra Richard

Sandra joined Eastbridge in 2015 managing accounting and finance of the group entities in Luxembourg.

Previously, she worked for Vodafone Luxembourg for 6 years as a senior financial accountant and 2 years at Deloitte Luxembourg as a senior consultant. Before that she worked for 5 years as an auditor and accountant in France for a trust company.

Sandra graduated from the University of Rouen in France with a master's degree in business administration.

Maciej Dyjas – Chairman of EM&F and Senior Advisor to the Management Board

Maciej Dyjas is a Co-Managing Partner of Griffin Real Estate, a dynamically growing investment group operating on the real estate market in Central and Eastern Europe with its headquarters in Warsaw. Currently Mr Dyjas has advisory role in Eastbridge and he also holds the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board Chairman of NFI Empik Media & Fashion S.A., a leader in the distribution of lifestyle consumer goods..

Before that, he has been working with Eastbridge since 1994, since 1998 as partner, and in the years 2010-2014 as partner and CEO. In parallel , Mr. Dyjas has been CEO of a number of Eastbridge consumer businesses, including NFI EMF, a leading consumer goods distribution group in CEE.  He also has been a CEO of DTC, a retail and real estate conglomerate, and held top positions in several Eastbridge real estate investments, including Immobel SA, Belgian Polish real estate developer; Downtown Holding, a New York-based residential developer and operator; and DTC RE, a polish real estate developer and investor. Before joining Eastbridge Group, he worked as a consultant in Germany, other EU countries, and in the US in restructuring, manufacturing and supply chain management.

He holds degrees in business, management and IT from Warsaw University, Poland, and Stuttgart University, Germany. He is a member of the Polish Business Roundtable (Polska Rada Biznesu) and a member of Association of Germans Living in Poland. He has lived in Germany and the US; currently lives in Poland.

Howard Gutman – Board Member of DTH Partners 

Ambassador (Rtd). Howard W. Gutman is the Managing Director of The Gutman Group, an international consulting and advisory practice focusing on energy, finance, trade, infrastructure, real estate, market access, and related strategic foreign policy issues.  He also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of Exmar, a leading independent LNG and LPG Carrier Owner and Operator and a provider of industrial marine and energy logistical solutions for transport, regasification and liquefaction within the oil and gas industry, with offices in Europe and America.   Howard Gutman has become the Chair of SR2, a sophisticated hardware and software platform for commercial drones. He is on the Board of Advisors of several start-up companies in the technology and finance space.  He is a frequent speaker at conferences and meetings, focusing among other topics on European-U.S. relationship, energy, trade and the changing patterns in the world.

Howard was nominated by President Barack Obama to be U.S. Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium and was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on July 24, 2009. He was sworn in on August 14, 2009.  He served as the U.S. Ambassador to Belgium until July 23, 2013, becoming the third longest serving U.S. ambassador to Belgium in over 100 years.  Ambassador Gutman has been called “the most popular ambassador ever” by one Belgian newspaper and “The Ambassador Who Made Us Love America Again” by a leading Belgian magazine.  As Secretary Clinton noted during her last visit to Brussels, during Ambassador Gutman’s tenure, the favorability rating for U.S. leadership in Belgium increased 600% and in 2012, Belgium finished first in the world with the highest increase in favorability towards U.S. Leadership.

Ruth Mitteldorf – CFO of DTH Partners 

Ruth is the current Chief Financial Officer of DTH Capital and affiliates, overseeing the accounting, tax and finance for its real estate portfolio. She has an over 25 year background in real estate in accounting, treasury and finance including experience with both public and private companies. Prior to DTH, Ruth was the Vice President of Joint Venture Accounting and Reporting for Kimco Realty, the largest owner of neighborhood and community shopping centers and prior to that with EY as a senior manager in their real estate practice. During her career she has been involved in many facets of real estate finance and accounting, including SEC and partner reporting, tax structuring and compliance, acquisitions and dispositions, ground up development and mortgage and corporate finance. In addition, Ruth has extensive experience in internal control compliance and has spearheaded numerous process transformation initiatives.

Joanna Richter

Joanna Richter – President of Centrum Development and Investments Polska

Joanna has been President of the Board of Centrum Development and Investments Polska (CDI) since January 2012. She joined Eastbridge Group in 2003 as Operational Director responsible for coordinating the activities of all the real estate objects from the CDI portfolio. She has been working in the commercial real estate in Poland since 1996.

Joanna is a graduate of London Valley University.

Michel Chamboud – Advisor to the Management Board

A graduate of Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (1973) and the Paris Institut d’Etudes Politiques (1975) with a Phd in Tax law (1977), Michel Chambaud started is career as a strategic consultant at Arthur D. Little and held different finance teaching positions in french business schools until 1978. From then until 1982, he was a consultant for African development banks under contract with the World Bank, and he concurrently founded Surf System (sport press group). In 1982, he joined the Schlumberger Group, where he was Chief Financial Officer in France, the United States and then Japan

Since 1987, Michel Chambaud has contributed to the development of the Pargesa-GBL group, a leading European listed holding controlled by the Frère (Belgium) and Desmarais (Canada) families. The Pargesa-GBL group is currently managing a portfolio of euros 15 billions, it creates value by taking influential positions in important listed companies and by performing a friendly governance. Michel Chambaud held management positions in the holding companies together with board positions or alternately operational responsabilities in  the affiliates : until 1996 he was Managing Director in charge of investments at Parfinance (Holding company listed in France), from 1996 to 2003 he was a member of the Management Board of Imerys. and until 2014 he was Managing Director in charge of investments of GBL. During his career Michel Chambaud initiated most acquisitions and disposals made by Pargesa-GBL including  Schneider, CFAO, Delmas Vieljeux, Strafor-Facom (Parfinance) or Bertlesman, GDF-Suez and Suez Environnement (GBL). The most recent acquisitions  he performed include Lafarge, Pernod Ricard, or SGS
